A 50+ year old family recipe, our New England "style" Clam Chowder is creamy and decadent, packed with potato, bacon, corn, celery, onion, and of course clams. It is seasoned mostly with Old Bay, lemon, pepper and some other family secrets. It's a bit thinner and silkier than a traditional chowder, but bursting with flavor. I like to call it Mid-Atlantic style. I worked on Nantucket and I promise their New England chowders have nothing on this. Many have said it's the best they've ever tasted!
Chowder can be refrigerated, reheated, and consumed for 3-4 days.
